Powerful Planing Component Above the Thicknesser
The planing component of the HMS1070 resides above the thicknesser, forming an integrated powerhouse. It excels at surfacing uneven, warped, or twisted wood, as well as leveling boards, planks, and beams.
Precision Planing with Dual HS Blades
The dual HS planer blades expertly remove up to 2.5mm of material from the wood's underside as it glides across the precision aluminum-cast table. The 635mm long and 127mm high planer fence facilitates exact 90° angles or any angle up to 135°.
Seamless Transition to Thicknessing
After planing, the piece seamlessly enters the thicknessing phase. The planing table and extraction port are elevated, allowing the two HS planer blades to remove up to 2mm from the upper surface.
