Precision Planing

This versatile machine starts by planning your workpiece to perfection. The integrated planer flattens surfaces, especially useful for warped or uneven wood, boards, planks, or beams. It glides effortlessly over the precision-engineered aluminium cast planing table, with the dual planing knives achieving a maximum material removal of 2.5mm. The 540mm long and 112mm high planing guide allows you to create precise 90° angles or any angle up to 135°.

Versatile Thicknessing

After planing, the machine seamlessly transitions into thicknessing mode. The planing table and dust extraction port are adjusted upward, and two HS planing knives take up to 2mm off the top surface of the workpiece. The material is guided through the extendable thicknessing table at a speed of 6.4m/min, ensuring consistent results. With a maximum height capacity of 120mm, you can easily adjust the desired thickness using a handwheel, allowing for uniform thickness across multiple workpieces, making it ideal for tasks like processing floorboards.

Efficient Material Removal

The 1500W motor powers the blades at 9000 min-1, ensuring efficient and rapid material removal. The high blade speed results in exceptionally smooth surfaces. These two tungsten carbide blades are versatile, suitable for both planing and thicknessing.
